Bumphead Parrotfish Mass Spawning Aggregation in Early Morning | Palau

A group of bumphead parrotfish (Bolbometopon muricatum) preparing to spawn en masse, very early in the morning. Note the white coloration of their faces, a color shift that occurs during spawning aggregations involving thousands of these large fish.
